Please use this form to record your service hours throughout the 2023-24 school year (20 hours for single parent families and 40 for two parent families). It is your responsibility to keep track of your hours and input them in to this form.

 

If you have expenses (i.e. staff lunch purchases) that you are counting toward service hours, $20 spent = 1 service hour.
