Below is the link to our Application for Admission. If you are interested in applying for this school year, please contact us at admissions@stcaseattle.org. This application can be used for 2023-24 applicants.​ To apply, you will create a Parent Portal account through SchoolAdmin, where you can track items on your admissions checklist, as well as enroll and be billed if accepted.​

 

Before you begin your application, please note:

• Children who wish to attend Preschool (P3) must be 3 years old prior to September 1 of a given school year.

• Children who wish to attend PK (P4) must be 4 years old prior to September 1 of a given year.

• Children who wish to attend Kindergarten must be 5 years old prior to September 1 of a given school year.

 

To complete your application, you will need digital copies of your child's academic records and test scores (Kindergarten-8th Grade ONLY), IEP/504 plans (if applicable) and you will send an electronic request for a teacher recommendation (K-8).

 

When your application is completed and on file, an interview will be arranged with our principal, Mr. Malcolm Nelson, and members of our Student Support Team. Interviews will begin in early March, after current families at STCA are re-enrolled for the 2023-2024 school year. Once the interview is complete, families will be informed of the outcome of our decision and any conditions for acceptance within 7 business days.
